Sharing Goals is a free coaching manual that covers every aspect of player development. It puts emotional and social competencies where they belong: as the foundation for better technical, physical, cognitive and tactical performance.

Football for Worldwide Unity e.V. is a German social-profit association, founded by Sascha Bauer after a visit to the Cape Flats of Cape Town, South Africa.
Since 2010 we have worked alongside numerous partners in South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho, Brazil, the USA and Germany — supporting local coaches and organisations in making their community work even more impactful.
